Accessibility Statement
Inside the Decision Room aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, ordered headings and labelled navigation regions.
- A “skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios; colour is never the only cue.
- Every form field has a persistent visible label; errors and confirmations are announced to screen readers via a live region.
- Decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images carry descriptive alt text.
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on touch devices, and layouts that reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
- No scroll-blocking pop-ups, auto-playing media or content that flashes.
Known limitations
Content published on Substack and LinkedIn is outside our control and follows those platforms' own accessibility standards. We continue to test this site and address issues as they are found.
