How your consent works
We only add you to the list when you actively tick the consent box — the box is never pre-checked, and consent is never bundled with anything else. We record the exact consent wording, the date and time, and the page you subscribed from, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
No intrusive pop-ups
This site does not use interstitial subscription pop-ups, countdown overlays, or scroll-blocking modals. Sign-up appears only where you choose to engage with it. The only overlay on the site is the cookie notice, which you can dismiss with a single choice.

Full interviews are published on Substack. Subscribing here for the monthly framework and subscribing on Substack are separate — you can do either or both.
